Qintoro SPA provides wellness and spa services including massage therapy, facial treatments, body treatments, and holistic wellness therapies. All services are provided by qualified and licensed professionals.
Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may affect treatment. Qintoro SPA reserves the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be contraindicated for your health.
We expect all clients to treat our staff with respect and courtesy. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service without refund.
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Qintoro SPA is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction that may occur during or after treatment, provided our therapists have followed proper protocols and you have provided accurate health information.
